Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end software development projects from planning to production deployment.
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reports.
Coordinate with Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to ensure successful delivery.
Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, release management, and project governance.
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues while ensuring timely resolution.
Track project progress, KPIs, and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Support digital transformation initiatives, system integrations, and process improvements.
Ensure quality delivery within scope, timelines, and agreed objectives.

Required Skills
78 years of Project/Program Management experience in software development.




Robust understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Release Management.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Excellent stakeholder, risk, dependency, and vendor management skills.
Basic understanding of APIs, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps practices.
Solid communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or Protected certification is preferred.
Experience in Retail, Supply Chain, E-commerce, or Enterprise Applications is an added advantage.
