We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM configuration, implementation, integration, and production support. The candidate should have solid functional knowledge of SAP CRM Sales/Service processes, Master Data, Order Management, Lead & Chance Management, Pricing, and CRM-ECC/S/4HANA integration.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM functional solutions.
Configure and support SAP CRM 7.0 business processes.
Work on CRM Master Data, Business Partners, Products, Organizational Management and Partner Determination.
Configure and support Sales Order Management, Lead Management and Prospect Management.
Handle Pricing, Condition Technique, Transaction Types, Status Management, Date Profiles and Action Profiles.
Work on Campaign Management, Activity Management and Marketing processes.
Support SAP CRM Interaction Center / Customer Service processes.
Work on integration between SAP CRM and SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
Monitor and troubleshoot CRM Middleware and interface-related issues.
Perform functional testing,
integration testing, UAT and defect resolution.
Participate in business requirement gathering, blueprinting and fit-gap analysis.
Prepare functional specifications and work closely with ABAP/technical teams for enhancements.
Provide post-go-live support, incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
Prepare functional documentation and conduct knowledge-transfer/training sessions.
Coordinate with business users, technical teams and offshore/onshore stakeholders.
