Motivate the store people and Brand factory outlets
Ensure the targets are met

KRA2

Identification of recent stores
Identify localities with valuable prospects
Make sure there are no retail stores nearby
Update the location with RBD

KRA3

Maintaining brand standards
Make sure the recent projects/stores are Brand compliant with Standard SOPs

KRA4

Relationship with franchisee store
Make sure the payment sent to franchisees are received on time
Negotiate with the franchisees to make sure the stock at the store doesn t go on hold

KRA5

Conducting training sessions
Ensure achievement of personal goal for all frontline sales employee at Brand Factory

Mainly dealing with Product knowledge, customer relationship etc.
