Role & responsibilities

• Manage and maintain on-premises Ubuntu-based infrastructure

• Assist in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure on AWS

• Deploy, manage, and monitor containerized applications using Kubernetes

• Design, build, and support CI/CD pipelines for various environments

• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability

• Respond to system incidents and perform root cause analysis

• Develop tools/scripts in Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages to automate repetitive tasks.

• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders for seamless deployments

• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

• Maintain and improve version control practices with Git

• Maintain security and compliance through secure CI/CD practices, secret management, and vulnerability scanning

• Handle cost optimization, scaling, and performance tuning in cloud environments.

Preferred candidate profile




Solid understanding of Linux fundamentals, particularly Ubuntu
Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, etc.)
Solid working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization (Docker)
Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative development
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
Robust scripting skills (Bash, Python preferred)
Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Understanding of networking, load balancing, and DNS management
Experience integrating QA automation into CI/CD
Good understanding of DevOps practices and principles
Robust analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset
