We need hands-on experience working in Aligne . there should be work linked to report design or creating batch in Aligne to solve business problem

Expectation: Robust Aligne BA with solid hands-on experience to manage complex reporting changes in credit, risk, and settlement business areas. Valuable knowledge to handle bug fixes, enhancement requests independently.
Proven hand-on experience in Aligne (3 years minimum)
• Understand complex report development in Aligne
• Good understanding of Power/Gas deal life cycle
• Shell Bangalore office 3 days a week
• Experience on other ETRM but not on Aligne is not acceptable

Mandatory skills:
Agile project experience. Valuable understanding and experience of the Agile frameworks and tools. Experience working in Agile projects and educating stakeholders including Product Owners and Business partners in Agile ways of working. 7 - 10 years in IT & team leadership experience. 4-year IT Degree.
