We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Business Analysis and Scrum to lead and deliver complex technical initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a crucial link between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful project outcomes through effective planning, execution, and delivery. This role requires a balanced blend of project management expertise, analytical capability, and hands-on Agile/Scrum experience.

nKey Responsibilities

nProject Management & Delivery

- Lead end-to-end technical project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.

- Develop and manage project plans, risks, issues, and dependencies.
n
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders.
n
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, processes, and governance.
n

nBusiness Analysis

n

n
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
n
- Support functional and UAT testing to ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
n
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and change requests.
n

nAgile/Scrum Leadership

n

n
- Act as Scrum Master for Agile projects, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
n
- Manage product backlogs, prioritize tasks, and remove impediments to ensure continuous delivery.

- Promote Agile best practices and coach teams on Scrum principles.
n

nStakeholder & Team Management

n

- Serve as a single point of contact for business teams, technical teams, and leadership.
n
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders clearly and proactively.
n
- Build strong relationships across distributed/global teams.
n
- Manage vendor interactions as needed.
n

nRequired Skills & Experience

n

n
- 7–10 years of experience in Project Management with hands-on Business Analysis exposure.
n
- Strong background in managing technical projects (application development, integrations, cloud, or enterprise systems).
n
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; Scrum Master experience preferred.
n
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
n
- Solid understanding of SDLC, system architecture, APIs, data flows, and integration projects.
n
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
n
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

nPreferred Qualifications

n

- Certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFe, PRINCE2 , or equivalent.
n
- Experience with SQL queries, reporting tools, or basic data analysis.
n
- Exposure to Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or DevOps practices.
n
- Experience working with US/global teams across multiple time zones
