Location: Pune, India (hybrid two days per week in office)

Reports to: Director, Cloud Delivery Assurance The Opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Technical Project Manager to join our recent Cloud Delivery Assurance (CDA) team in Bangalore or Pune, India, reporting to the Director, Cloud Delivery Assurance.

In this pivotal role, you will turn a target-state operating model into a sequenced,measurable delivery plan. You will coordinate the test-automation and development workthat builds our automated artifact promotion pipeline and quality gates, establish and track delivery milestones, and keep a newly formed engineering team running on a clean agile cadence as its scrum master.

InternalCollaborating closely with the CDA engineering team, Solutions QA, Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, and application teams, you will own the cross-team dependency map and the release-coordination rhythm that lets platform and application software move predictably from dev clusters to integration and staging clusters and into production.

You are the ideal candidate if you are technically fluent enough to challenge an engineering plan, disciplined about dependencies and dates, and energized by bringing order to a new team solving a complex, cross-organizational problem.

Be a Contributor What Youll Do

- Build and maintain the CDA delivery plan scope, sequencing, milestones, and exit criteria covering test automation, quality gates, reporting, and environment readiness work
- Run the teams agile practice as scrum master: backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives,



and continuous improvement of team throughput and predictability
- Track and report progress against milestones, and surface risks, blockers, and schedule impacts early with clear options and recommendations
- Own the cross-team dependency map between CDA, Solutions QA, SRE, DevOps, and application teams, and drive dependencies to committed dates and owners
- Coordinate release and promotion activities across dev, integration, staging, and production clusters, including certification schedules, test trains, freeze windows, and gate reviews
- Partner with Solutions QA on end-to-end functional test planning and release sign-off, and with SRE on scheduling scale, HA, DR, and chaos test cycles so results land in time for promotion decisions
- Prepare release-readiness and go/no-go review materials, capture decisions and risk acceptance, and ensure gate evidence is complete and traceable
- Maintain dashboards and status reporting — milestone health, coverage and automation progress, defect and escape trends, environment and release status —for engineering leadership
- Drive program hygiene in Jira and related tooling: epics, ependencies, capacity, estimates, and reporting accuracy
- Continuously improve the team’s ways of working, including use of AI-assisted nization points, and document decisions, action items, and follow-through

Be Prepared — What You Bring

- Seven or more years of technical project or program management experience in software engineering, with at least three years supporting cloud, SaaS, platform, or QA/automation teams
- Internal Demonstrated success as a scrum master or agile lead for engineering teams,including backlog, sprint, and dependency management for interdependent workstreams
- Working technical fluency in Kubernetes, Linux, cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation — enough to read a pipeline, understand a quality gate, and question an estimate
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-team dependencies and release activities across QA, SRE, DevOps, and application organizations in a multi-site, multi-time-zone setting
- Experience establishing delivery milestones and reporting program status, risk, and quality metrics to senior engineering leadership
- Strong command of Jira, Confluence or equivalent, and dashboarding tools, with a bias toward automating status and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the credibility to hold teams to commitments
- Structured problem solving under ambiguity, and comfort standing up process for a brand-new team
- Familiarity with release engineering concepts such as artifact promotion, environment certification, canary and progressive delivery, and rollback
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field; agile or program-management certification such as CSM, PSM, PMP, or SAFe is a plus
