Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of scalable Ecommerce and Livestreaming platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project management, technical delivery, system design, backend technologies, databases, DevOps, cybersecurity, and team handling. The candidate will work closely with Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, DevOps, DBA, Product, and Business teams to ensure successful delivery of complex technology projects.

This role requires a solid understanding of technology and architecture, along with excellent team leadership, stakeholder management, planning, and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete project lifecycle from requirement gathering to production deployment and post-go-live support.
- Plan project scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Lead and manage cross-functional technical teams including Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, DevOps, and Database teams.
- Work closely with engineering teams on system architecture, technical design, APIs, integrations, scalability, and performance.
- Manage delivery of high-scale, high-concurrency and real-time ecommerce/livestreaming applications.
- Coordinate development and integration of backend services using Node.js, Fastify, and PHP.
- Work with teams using MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
- Provide technical oversight for API architecture, microservices, caching, database design, scalability, and system performance.
- Work closely with DevOps teams on CI/CD, deployment, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, scalability, availability, and production releases.




- Ensure application and infrastructure development follows appropriate cybersecurity and secure development practices.
- Coordinate with frontend/mobile teams working on JavaScript frameworks and Flutter.
- Manage Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
- Track project KPIs, delivery progress, risks, dependencies, quality, and timelines.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.
- Identify and resolve technical and delivery risks/issues.
- Drive post-production optimization, performance improvements, and continuous delivery improvements.

Experience Required
- 7+ years of overall experience in project/technical delivery management.
- Experience managing ecommerce, digital commerce, or technology platforms.
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Experience with high-scale, high-concurrency, or real-time systems is preferred.
- Experience in livestreaming/ecommerce platforms will be an added advantage.

Good to Have
- Experience with livestreaming / live commerce platforms.
- Experience with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom ecommerce platforms.
- Experience with payment gateway, ERP/CRM, OMS, or inventory integrations.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Experience managing production systems with high traffic/concurrency.
