nWe are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with a solid background in delivering large-scale technology programs across Middle Eastern markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise transformation initiatives, leading cross-functional technology teams, and driving program execution from planning to delivery.

nKey Responsibilities

- Lead and manage complex enterprise technology programs across Middle Eastern countries.
n
- Drive end-to-end program delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business objectives.
n
- Coordinate and govern multiple technology workstreams, including Engineering, Production Support, Integration, Cloud, and Operations teams.
n
- Manage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and resource planning.
n
- Establish and track program KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics, and risk management frameworks.
n




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, vendors, and leadership teams to ensure successful program outcomes.
n
- Support enterprise modernization initiatives involving SaaS platforms, content management systems, and document processing solutions.

nRequired Qualifications

n

n
- 12 to 15+ years of experience in technology delivery and program management.
n
- Proven track record of leading large enterprise programs and digital transformation initiatives.
n
- Hands-on technical background in Java or .NET technologies.
n
- Demonstrated experience managing programs in Middle Eastern countries.
n
- Strong experience leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Production Support, Integration, and Cloud environments.
n
- Expertise in enterprise modernization, SaaS solutions, content management, and document-processing platforms.
n
- Strong knowledge of program governance, budgeting, cost management, KPIs, SLAs, and quality assurance.
