Required Skills

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

- Strong expertise in AI/ML, Deep Learning, Foundation Models, Transformers, CNNs, multimodal learning, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems.
- Experience with large-scale model training, optimization, evaluation, and production-grade AI/ML.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, representation learning, self-supervised learning, and scalable AI

architectures. Computer Vision & Perception
- Strong expertise in object detection, classification, segmentation, tracking, depth estimation, and real-

time image/video analytics.
- Experience with YOLO, Vision Transformers, Faster R-CNN, SSD, SLAM, multi-view vision, 3D perception,

and sensor fusion.
- Experience building and deploying robust perception systems for industrial, robotic, or autonomous

applications. Robotics & Autonomous Systems
- Strong experience in autonomous robotic platforms, wheeled/quadrupedal robots, and by-

wire/autonomous vehicle architectures.
- Expertise in state estimation, localization, motion planning, low-level control, and hardware-software

integration.
- Working knowledge of ROS/ROS2, Autoware, and real-time robotic/autonomous systems.

Program & Delivery Management
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multidisciplinary AI/ML, robotics, computer vision, and

autonomous-system programs from concept to production.
- Strong expertise in program planning, estimation, budgeting, resource/capacity planning, risk and

dependency management, and delivery governance.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFe,



release management, KPI/OKR governance, quality management,

and production deployment.
- Robust customer, vendor, partner, and executive stakeholder management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive multiple complex programs while ensuring schedule, cost, quality,

technical maturity, and customer commitments. Technical & Organizational Leadership
- Proven experience leading large, globally distributed and multidisciplinary engineering organizations.
- Ability to lead Engineering Managers, Architects, Technical Leads, Program Managers, and cross-

functional engineering teams.

- Experience with simulation-based development, scenario generation, validation, and automated

- Expertise in Perception-Decision-Planning-Control architectures for AI systems operating in physical

environments.
- Experience with sim-to-real transfer, real-time inference, online adaptation, and safety-aware/fail-

operational architectures.
- Strong understanding of AI integration with robotic and autonomous platforms.

Full Stack Development
- Good to have experience in React/Angular, Python/Node.js/Java, REST APIs, microservices and

SQL/NoSQL databases.
