Qualification: B Tech EEE/ECE

Experience: 0 to 5 Years

- Lead and manage the Technical Pre-Sales team and allocate enquiries/projects.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable automation solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, BOMs, system configurations, and quotations.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams for smooth execution.
- Review team proposals, quotations, and technical solutions for accuracy.
- Guide and mentor team members and monitor their performance.
- Handle complex technical queries and customer escalations.
- Follow up on quotations, identify recent business opportunities, and support sales conversion.
- Maintain customer relationships and achieve individual and team targets.
- Stay updated on automation products, technologies, and market trends.
- Candidates should possess strong technical skills in industrial automation, electrical systems, and instrumentation, with exposure to PLCs, HMIs, drives,



and SCADA solutions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of machine vision and inspection systems, preferably including experience or familiarity with COGNEX or similar vision platforms.
- Candidates should possess abilities in solution design, requirements analysis, and preparation of technical proposals, BOMs, and cost estimates.
- Candidates should possess skills in technical communication, including presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders, conducting product demos, and creating presales documentation.

•Candidates should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the capacity to evaluate customer applications and recommend practical, value-driven solutions.
- Candidates should possess collaborative and client-facing skills, including the ability to work closely with sales, engineering, and project teams, and build long-term customer relationships.
