Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Java to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud-native technologies, along with proven leadership capabilities to mentor development teams and drive successful project delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot Microservices.

· Drive technical architecture, solution design, and code quality across development teams.

· Mentor and guide developers by conducting code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

· Collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

· Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate applications using API Gateways (NGINX preferred).

· Build scalable, containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

· Work with ReactJS (or Angular/JavaScript) teams to ensure seamless frontend-backend integration.

· Develop and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL, CouchDB, or other SQL/NoSQL databases.

· Implement messaging and event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.

· Ensure application quality by implementing unit, integration, and automation testing using JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, or Cucumber.

· Participate in architecture discussions, technical estimations, sprint planning,



and release management.

· Manage project risks, technical issues, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.

· Drive CI/CD best practices and cloud-native deployments on Azure or AWS.

· Promote engineering best practices, coding standards, security, and performance optimization.

Required Experience

· 8 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.

· Strong experience building Microservices using Spring Boot.

· Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.

· Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

· Experience integrating applications through API Gateways and authentication mechanisms.

· Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL database design and optimization.

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

· Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex software projects.

Pay: Up to ₹4,000,000.00 per year
