Role Description The Technical Lead is a full-time, on-site / hybrid role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for leading a technical team in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance systems that power the air charter booking platform.

The Technical

Lead will oversee architecture decisions, code quality, and integration of current features, while ensuring reliability, security, and optimal user experience. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with product and business stakeholders, reviewing technical designs, mentoring engineers, managing sprints, and resolving complex technical issues. The role also involves driving best practices in software engineering, monitoring system performance, and guiding the adoption of suitable technologies and tools.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in software design and architecture, including experience with scalable,



high-availability web or mobile platforms.
- Strong familiarity with PHP and backend application architecture is a must.
- Practical understanding of server architecture, application hosting, deployment environments, APIs, databases, and system performance.
- Strong understanding of scalable product architecture and system design principles.
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages and frameworks (for example, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.Js, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineers.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills, with attention to reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with product, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a significant advantage.
- Experience in travel or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
