Key Responsibilities

Drive B2B field sales across assigned territories in Western Mumbai

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales executives to achieve business targets

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth

Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline

Establish and maintain solid client relationships to ensure long -term business partnerships

Track team performance, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent target achievement

Conduct regular market visits and on -ground coaching for team development
