- Design and build production-grade autonomous or multi-agent AI systems end-to-end staying deeply hands-on with coding, architecture, and delivery, not a management-only role.
- Build agent orchestration, planning, tool calling, memory, and state management; design event-driven workflows; implement evaluation, monitoring, tracing, and failure-recovery mechanisms with secure, scalable architecture.
- Strong Python engineering background with FastAPI or Flask or Django or React proven production experience.
- Financial services or fintech domain exposure, cloud-native experience, ability to mentor developers while remaining a solid individual contributor.
