Wiscripts works with law firms on websites, client intake, CRM systems, and workflow automation. We are looking for a full-time technical generalist who can take ownership of this work from initial setup through later changes and fixes.

This role suits someone who enjoys figuring out unfamiliar tools, building practical solutions, and maintaining what they build. You will work directly with our team, understand what a client needs, decide how to implement it, and explain the result clearly.

What you will work on

- Build and update websites and landing pages, including work in WordPress and Squarespace.
- Set up and improve CRM and client intake workflows, including platforms such as MyCase, Clio, and Lawmatics.
- Connect forms, calendars, email, CRMs, and other services using Zapier, APIs, or suitable automation tools.
- Diagnose issues such as failed form submissions, broken integrations, tracking errors, and website bugs.
- Build small internal tools or custom features when an existing platform cannot handle the requirement.
- Test your work, document important settings, and remain responsible for fixes and improvements after launch.

You do not need prior experience with every platform listed above. You do need to be comfortable learning a new tool, reading its documentation,



and getting a reliable solution working.

What we are looking for

- Hands-on experience building websites, web applications, integrations, or automations that other people have used.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and APIs, including authentication, webhooks, and data passed between systems.
- Ability to investigate a problem independently and communicate clearly when you need a decision or access.
- Care with client data, permissions, credentials, testing, and handover.
- Interest in a long-term, full-time role working across several client projects.

Around 1–3 years of qualified experience would be helpful, but demonstrable work matters more to us than a particular degree or college.
