Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Lead to lead the technical development and architecture of AIVIDA’s web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Next.js, Golang, API development, databases, cloud technologies, and system architecture, along with the ability to mentor and guide a development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web and mobile applications.
- Define and implement robust, secure, and maintainable application architecture.
- Develop and manage high-performance backend services and REST APIs using Golang (Go).
- Lead frontend development using Next.js and ensure responsive, user-friendly applications.
- Design and optimize database structures, queries, and integrations.
- Manage third-party API integrations, authentication, notifications, and other platform services.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and freshers.
- Troubleshoot complex technical, application, and production issues.
- Manage cloud deployment, CI/CD processes, monitoring, and application performance.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, Product,



QA, and Management teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Participate in technical planning, task allocation, estimation, and team development.

Frontend

- Next.js, Typescript – Mandatory

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Next.js and Golang.
- Experience in developing and managing web and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring, or team coordination.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, SaaS, or startup environments will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate A hands-on technical leader who can take ownership of AIVIDA’s technology ecosystem, drive development standards, solve complex technical challenges, and guide the engineering team in building secure, scalable, and high-quality digital healthcare applications.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
