We are looking for an experienced Technical Executive / Assistant Facility Manager Technical to manage technical operations and maintenance activities at our client site in Thane / Airoli.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of all engineering services, including Electrical Systems, HVAC, DG Sets, UPS, BMS, Fire & Life Safety Systems, Plumbing and other building utilities. The role requires hands-on technical knowledge along with experience in managing vendors, technicians, preventive maintenance schedules and day-to-day facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day technical and engineering operations at the client facility.
- Monitor and maintain electrical systems, HVAC, DG sets, UPS, BMS, fire alarm/firefighting systems, plumbing and other critical utilities.
- Ensure timely completion of Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure minimum downtime of critical systems.
- Coordinate with AMC/service vendors for scheduled maintenance, repairs and technical issues.
- Supervise technicians,
electricians and other engineering support staff.
- Maintain equipment history, maintenance schedules, checklists, logbooks and technical documentation.
- Track and close technical complaints/tickets within the defined turnaround time.
- Conduct regular site inspections to proactively identify technical issues and ensure timely corrective action.
- Support energy conservation and utility monitoring initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to EHS, Fire & Life Safety and site safety requirements during technical activities.
- Coordinate with the client, facility management team and vendors for smooth site operations.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, utility consumption reports, PPM reports and incident reports.
- Ensure availability of critical spares and consumables required for maintenance activities.
- Support audits and ensure technical documentation is maintained as per site requirements.
- Handle emergency technical situations and coordinate for quick resolution and restoration of services.
