Seeking an experienced AUTOSAR FBL & Middleware Engineer with robust Japanese (Native/N3+) and English communication skills to work on automotive ECU software development projects. The role focuses on Flash Bootloader (75%) and AUTOSAR BSW Integration (25%) using the AUTOSAR toolchain .
Key Skills
- Strong experience in Automotive Flash Bootloader (FBL) development.
- Hands-on expertise in AUTOSAR Classic Platform and BSW integration.
- Experience with UDS Diagnostics, OTA/FOTA, ECU Reprogramming, CAN, Ethernet, and LIN .
- Strong Embedded C programming and software integration skills.
- Experience with DaVinci Configurator & Developer tools.
- Knowledge of Infineon TriCore and NXP S32 microcontrollers.
- Ability to interact directly with Japanese customers and lead technical discussions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop automotive bootloader solutions.
- Implement firmware flashing, software updates, and OTA mechanisms.
- Configure and integrate AUTOSAR BSW modules and MCAL components.
- Support diagnostics (UDS), ECU integration, and software validation.
- Debug software, communication, and memory-related issues.
- Collaborate with Japanese customers and global development teams.
- Prepare technical documents and participate in design/code reviews.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with EB Tresos and ETAS ISOLAR .
- Knowledge of RH850, TRAVEO II, Qualcomm, NVIDIA , and SDV architectures.
- Exposure to Automotive Ethernet, DoIP, and cloud-connected vehicle platforms.
Japanese language proficiency and Bootloader expertise are mandatory.
