About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer with strong writing, research, and technical understanding to create high-quality content for IT services, software solutions, and technology platforms. The candidate should be able to understand complex technical concepts and convert them into transparent, accurate, and engaging content.

Responsibilities

- Research and create technical blogs, website content, service pages, case studies, whitepapers, and technology articles.

- Develop content around web development, mobile app development, AI/ML, cloud, SaaS, Shopify, UI/UX, and emerging technologies.

- Work closely with developers, designers, SEO specialists, and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy.

- Understand and simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Conduct keyword research and create SEO-optimized, search-intent-driven content.

- Optimize content for SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI-powered search platforms.

- Perform competitor and content-gap research to identify new content opportunities.

- Ensure content is factually accurate, original, well-structured, and grammatically correct.

- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude,



or Perplexity for research and content assistance while maintaining human quality and accuracy.

- Update and optimize existing content based on SEO performance, search trends, and content requirements.

Required Skills

- 1 2 years of experience in Technical Content Writing, preferably in an IT/software/technology company.

- Strong understanding of software development and IT concepts.

- Excellent research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

- Ability to understand technical documentation and developer inputs.

- Good knowledge of SEO, keyword research, search intent, and content optimization.

- Understanding of AEO, GEO, semantic SEO, and AI search optimization.

- Ability to write for different audiences, including developers, technical teams, business owners, and decision-makers.

- Strong fact-checking and information-verification skills.

- Experience using AI writing/research tools effectively and responsibly.
