Roles and Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, including IT, Operations, and other departments.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using Agile methodologies.

- Provide analytical support to senior management on strategic initiatives and projects.

- Ensure effective communication of project progress and outcomes through regular reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6-11 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field (e.g., Corporate Banking).

- Solid understanding of Payments domain knowledge (API integration) is an added advantage.

- Experience working with APIs, SQL queries, XML's; ability to write complex reports using MS Office tools (Excel, Word).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with cross-functional teams.
