Experience:

6–8 Years

:

- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.

- Create

BRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications

.

- Work closely with product owners, developers, architects, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.

- Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, process mapping, and UAT

.

- Manage and prioritize product backlogs using

JIRA/Confluence and support Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

- Analyze data using

SQL and support reporting, dashboards, APIs, and data-driven solutions.

- Work with cloud-based applications and data solutions

, preferably Azure/AWS.

- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.





Required Skills

- 6–8 years of experience as a

Technical/IT Business Analyst

.

- Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience.

- Strong

SQL and data analysis skills.

- Experience with

Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence

.

- Experience with APIs, application workflows, and

Confluence

.

- Robust stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with UAT, gap analysis, and functional troubleshooting.

- Exposure to

Azure/AWS or cloud-based solutions preferred.
