About BlackBox Learning

BlackBox Learning is a technology-focused learning platform offering practical programs in Generative AI, Python, Full-Stack Development, Digital Marketing, UI/UX, and emerging technologies.

We're looking for a Technical Associate who can combine basic technical knowledge with strong communication and student counselling skills.

What You'll Do

- Speak with prospective students and understand their career goals
- Explain BlackBox Learning's technical courses and programs to students and parents
- Help students choose suitable programs based on their interests and career objectives
- Handle leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Follow up with prospective students and convert qualified leads into enrollments
- Explain course curriculum, projects, technologies, duration, fees, and learning outcomes
- Maintain lead information and follow-up activities in the CRM
- Achieve monthly enrollment and performance targets
- Coordinate with mentors and the academic team when required
- Help students understand technical concepts and career paths at a basic level

Technical Knowledge Required The candidate should have a basic understanding of software development and modern technologies. Knowledge of some of the following is preferred:
- Python
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Frontend development
- Backend development
- APIs and databases
- Git/GitHub
- Generative AI and LLMs
- Basic understanding of software development concepts

You don't need to be an expert developer.



The ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple terms is more important.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents
- Basic technical knowledge and genuine interest in technology
- Good interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Confident using computers and online tools
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Previous experience in sales, counselling, telecalling, EdTech, or technology is a plus
- Freshers with a technical background are welcome

Preferred Candidates from Trivandrum are preferred.

Candidates with a background in Computer Science, IT, Software Development, Engineering, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

₹12,000/ to ₹15,000/month + performance-based incentives
