About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Accountant for our client in the waste management sector. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, robust in accounting & taxation, and capable of coordinating with teams while communicating comfortably in basic English.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full accounting operations
Perform GST, TDS calculations, and entries
Handle bank reconciliation and taxation processes
Coordinate with team members for smooth workflow
Manage monthly billing, tender preparation/documentation, and member coordination
Follow up on outstanding payments
Draft professional emails and handle English communication (basic/OK English acceptable)
Required Skills
Proficiency in MCS Accounting Software
Basic to good English communication
Robust documentation & email drafting ability
Excellent data organization & numerical accuracy
Experience
8â10 years of total accounting experience
Minimum 3â4 years in a Senior Accountant role
Compensation & Benefits
Annual bonus equal to 1 monthâs salary
Annual appraisals (recent joiners eligible after 9 months)
15 days paid leave with encashment
PF applicable if salary < â¹15,000
ESI applicable if salary < â¹22,000
Professional Tax: â¹200/month
10% retention: retained for 20 months, repayable after 24 months
