We are looking for an Instructional Designer with experience in instructional design, eLearning, and digital learning to create engaging, practical learning experiences for the automotive industry.

The ideal candidate is hands-on with AI content creation , especially AI-powered training videos, avatars, voiceovers, simulations, and interactive learning content. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment , managing multiple projects, and taking ownership from concept to final output.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end learning experiences, including eLearning, videos, simulations, assessments, and job aids .
- Create AI-powered training videos , including scripting, storyboarding, AI avatars, voiceovers, and production.
- Translate complex AI and automotive concepts into simple, engaging learning content .
- Work with SMEs and stakeholders to develop, validate, and improve learning materials.




- Use GenAI and emerging AI tools to accelerate and enhance content creation.
- Design scenario-based and role-based learning experiences relevant to real-world automotive use cases.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of Instructional Design / Digital Learning experience .
- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles .
- Hands-on experience creating AI-generated or AI-assisted videos and learning content .
- Familiarity with AI avatars, AI voiceovers, simulations, or interactive learning tools .
- Strong storytelling, scripting, communication, and content development skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment .

Valuable to have: Experience in automotive, technology, enterprise learning, or global learning programs.
