Review and execute short and medium-term supply optimization plans based on customer demand and communicate outcomes across the organization.
Ensure adherence to inventory stocking policies for trade goods down to SKU level, including safety stock and order quantities.
Monitor process order On Time, In Full (OTIF) metrics to assess plan quality and efficiency.
Manage and track IC-STO (Intercompany Stock
