A Study and Visitor Visa Counselor is responsible for guiding individuals through the visa application process for study or visitor purposes. The role involves providing expert advice on visa options and ensuring full compliance with immigration laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities include counseling clients on study and visitor visa applications, evaluating individual cases, assisting with document preparation, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and applications. The counselor must stay up to date with changing immigration policies and regulations, prepare and review visa applications and supporting documents, and provide timely updates on application status.

Additional duties include advising clients on visa requirements for different countries, resolving issues that arise during the application process, and acting as a liaison between clients, consulates, and immigration authorities. Counselors are expected to have robust communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English, and in -depth knowledge of various visa types—particularly for countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, and the USA. They may also be involved in client consultations, interview preparation,



and follow -ups throughout the entire application journey.
