We're looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who still writes production code every week. You'll own our Node.js backend and React Native apps from start to finish, and lead a small team of developers.

What You'll Do

Lead the team: Manage and mentor the backend and frontend developers (2–3 years' experience each)

Own delivery: Plan sprints, break work into tasks, set deadlines and track progress every day

Handle releases: Build, test and release production builds on the Play Store and App Store, and deploy the backend to production

Set standards: Review code, set the architecture and enforce Git, testing and documentation practices

Write code: Work directly in Node.js and React Native on core and complex features

Keep things running: Own uptime and performance, and fix production issues quickly

What You'll Need

5+ years of full stack experience, including 1–2+ years leading a team or project

Strong Node.js (Express or NestJS), REST APIs, MongoDB or MySQL

Robust React Native, including releasing apps on the Play Store and App Store

Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP, CI/CD pipelines and server deployments

Experience with real-time features (Socket.io, WebRTC, chat or calling) is a big plus

Clear communication, strong ownership and a habit of delivering on time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate
