- 8–12+ years of PLM/MOM experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter.
- Experience with Teamcenter Manufacturing / MPM.
- Strong understanding of:
- EBOM / MBOM
- Manufacturing Process Plans
- Bill of Process (BOP)
- Work Instructions
- Manufacturing Structures
- Change Management
- Workflow Management
- Configuration & Revision Management
- Experience with MOM/MES concepts and manufacturing execution processes.
- Experience integrating Teamcenter with SAP/ERP and manufacturing systems.
- Knowledge of Teamcenter Active Workspace.
- Experience with Teamcenter customization/configuration and workflows.
- Strong understanding of PLM–ERP–MES integration architecture.
- Experience with APIs, web services, or integration technologies.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
