We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team. This is a hands -on internship where you will work closely with the team and gain end -to -end exposure to core HR functions. If you are someone who is passionate about people, eager to learn, and looking to build a robust foundation in HR this is the right place for you.
Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic/virtual interviews
Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Managing offer roll outs and supporting salary negotiation conversations
Facilitating smooth onboarding and induction for new joiners
Requirements
MBA graduate (Fresher or up to 6 months of experience)
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Valuable coordination and multitasking ability
Technically sound — comfortable with MS Office, ATS tools, job portals
Creative thinker with a proactive attitude
Genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources
