The role would require the following:
Product Documentation - Operator Manuals, Technical & Maintenance Manuals, User guides, Service Bulletins, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), etc.
Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM).
E-learning - Interactive, Animated, Video-based Content & Computer-Based Training (CBT) Modules.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage technical documentation activities of multiple projects and ensure that it meets the applicable standards, quality requirements, and are appropriate for their intended audience.

· Validate technical manuals and documents for standard and recent product variants by ensuring consistency and quality.

· Work with internal teams and stakeholders to understand the product and its documentation requirements.

· Identifying the KPIs for the team and guiding them to achieve the desired results.

· Develop recent documentation ideas and implementation of user-friendly and interactive training content and tools for end users.

· Planning and implementing short and long-term improvement plans for documents and content prepared by scheduling reviews with relevant stakeholders.
