Your Primary Responsibilities :
Leadership Responsibilities




Lead the team of Data Steward Analysts and Business Analysts located in the offshore location, including day-to-day staff management
Act as point of contact for the offshore data analyst team and liaise regularly with onshore management, and communicate any key updates from the offshore location
Produce periodic reports on offshore team activity to management
Help with recruiting for open positions in the offshore location, onboarding and training of new hires

Data Stewardship & Analysis Responsibilities
Work with Product owners and other stakeholders to understand and scope data management deliverables and translate those into user stories for data management team.
Independently lead multiple projects through the lifecycle of engagement, execution and closing
Collaborate across groups to elicit business requirements, develop and document project plans, identify resource requirements, and estimate effort for assigned projec
