Job Description:
Develop and support technical solutions across Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on Payroll, Core HR, and Absence Management.
Design, develop, and maintain BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts reports based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain Rapid Formulas for payroll calculations, eligibility, validations, accruals, and other HCM business rules.
Work on Oracle Fusion Payroll technical requirements, including payroll-related reports, extracts, data validation, and troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain HCM Extracts for inbound and outbound data integrations.
Perform data loading and migration activities using HDL/HSDL.
Develop complex SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, functions,



and packages to support reporting and technical requirements.
Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and provide technical solutions or workarounds.
Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders for requirement gathering and technical solution design.
Prepare technical design documents, test scenarios, deployment documentation, and other project deliverables.
Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
Coordinate with Oracle Support for critical technical issues and Service Requests (SRs).
