Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents
Conduct campus tours and explain admission criteria, academic programs, and policies
Coordinate application processing and maintain accurate admission records
Follow up with applicants for timely completion of documentation
Collaborate with academic and admin teams for outreach activities, info sessions, and enrollment events
Guide families through the decision-making process with qualified communication
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service and sales orientation
Knowledge of school / academic environment, curriculum and student needs
Bachelor's degree
Proficient in office software, detail-oriented, fluent in English and local languages
Ability to work collaboratively in a school setting
Earn certifications in these skills
