We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team across Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Hyderabad .
The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to handle customer queries and concerns professionally. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Requirements:
Experience with ticketing tools (Freshdesk or similar).
Valuable experience in handling customer calls and emails.
Chat support experience is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Solid customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work with different teams.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and online meetings.
Log, track, and resolve customer tickets within the defined timelines.
Provide installation, configuration,
and troubleshooting support for devices and applications.
Identify hardware and software issues and escalate when required.
Conduct customer training sessions and product demonstrations.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain records of customer interactions and service requests.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Prepare reports and analyze customer data using MS Excel.
Earn certifications in these skills
