Role Overview

The Architect will focus on translating design concepts into flawless construction/GFC drawing packages. The role involves managing interdisciplinary MEP, structural, and architectural coordination while overseeing in office execution to ensure build quality matches the design intent.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage GFC (Valuable for Construction) drawing packages. Develop detailed working drawings and architectural coordination drawings. Coordinate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams for seamless project execution. Oversee in office execution and ensure alignment with approved designs and drawings. Identify and resolve design discrepancies during execution. Coordinate with vendors and contractors during project execution. Ensure proper selection and coordination of finished materials.

Educational Qualification B.Arch Registered with COA (if applicable)
