Must Have:
Good knowledge of CNC/VMC machining.
Good understanding of engineering drawings.
Solid customer follow-up and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel and meet customers.
Ability to generate recent enquiries independently.
Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
KPI / Performance Measurement
The candidate will be evaluated primarily on:
New customers added
Number of new RFQs generated
Monthly order value
CNC/VMC machine utilization generated
New customer conversion
Repeat business
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
