Role Overview: Oversees the floor during shifts, leading the F&B; service team to ensure a seamless guest experience and smooth day-to-day service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise F&B; Service Associates during shifts
- Ensure service standards, guest satisfaction, and table turnaround
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and minor escalations
- Coordinate with kitchen and management for smooth service flow
- Train, motivate, and manage the on-floor service team
- Ensure cleanliness, setup, and readiness of the dining area
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in F&B; service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Solid leadership and guest-handling skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Experience in a premium dining or hospitality setting preferred

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
