Role Description

Drive efficient MIS processes, ensurecompliance, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and lead ahigh-performing team to deliver quality financial outputs.

Key Result Areas:

- DistributorOnboarding: Drive end-to-end onboarding, from requirementgathering and UAT to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Customer SupportSLA Management: Ensure timely resolution of incidents and servicerequests while meeting agreed SLAs.
- Business DataAnalysis: Translate sales/retail business requirements anddata insights into effective process and technology solutions.
- Process Excellence: Identifygaps and drive process improvements, tools,



and solutions to enhanceoperational efficiency.
- Team Operational Management: Lead resource planning,performance management, training, and development to ensure seamless delivery.
- Stakeholder Dealer Management: Collaborate with business and technical teams whileensuring effective dealer master data, access, documentation, andcommunication.

RequiredCompetencies, Skills, and Experience

- Bachelors degree with 68 years of L1 customer support experience acrossvoice and email channels.
- Strong team-handling experience with good understanding of Retail andSupply Chain fundamentals.
- Excellent English Hindi communication, customer interaction, andissue-resolution skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and documentation, withthe ability to understand technical/software concepts.
- Robust multitasking, interpersonal, and customer-centric skills to thrivein a fast-paced environment.
