Department: Academics | Reports to: Director of Linguistics / Director of Operations

Full Time - 8 hours ( Either 10AM-7PM with one hour break) or 4 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the evening, Mon-Sat** Role Purpose:

Serve as the academic and operational custodian of the language department at TLS. Ensure global-standard language education through academic rigor, operational efficiency, and cultural integrity.

Key Responsibilities

- Academic Leadership: Define & revise curriculum, design lesson plans & assessments aligned with global standards like DELF, JLPT, DELE. Conduct audits & class observations to maintain quality.
- Trainer Management: Lead recruitment, induction, and certification of trainers. Mentor, allocate workloads, and drive performance through feedback & training workshops.
- Student Experience: Monitor student satisfaction, progress, and retention.



Resolve escalations and manage irregular students through re-engagement.
- Operations & Coordination: Collaborate with Ops, Sales & HR for batch scheduling, trainer capacity, and recruitment forecasting. Approve syllabus mapping & trainer assignments.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain LMS records, trainer utilization sheets, and performance trackers. Submit weekly/monthly KPI reports to leadership. Validate freelance trainer invoices.

Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in language, linguistics, or education.
- Experience: 8 to 9 years in teaching/training with 12+ years in leadership/coordination.
- Certifications: Preferred - DELF/DALF, JLPT, DELE, etc.
- Skills: LMS & Excel proficiency, data-driven decision making, solid communication, conflict resolution.
