Job Overview
We are looking for experienced Team Leaders to join a banking process in Thane. The role involves supporting and guiding a team, monitoring day-to-day performance, and ensuring that assigned process requirements are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support team members in their daily activities.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance.
- Help team members achieve assigned targets and process requirements.
- Address routine team-related queries and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain basic reports and performance updates.
- Coordinate with the reporting manager for smooth process operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and process guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of Team Leader experience on paper is required.
- HSC qualification is mandatory.
- Average to good communication skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a team-handling role.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- CIBIL score of 650 or above is required as per process requirements.
