Shrinkage, Attrition, Attendance & Adherence . Conduct coaching, feedback, huddles, and performance reviews. Handle escalations and ensure process & compliance adherence. Prepare and track daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.

Required Skills Strong sales and people-management skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Target-oriented with positive analytical and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of MS Excel/MIS reporting
