The person in this role will be responsible for driving revenue through a team of real estate consultants within a specific micro-market. As a crucial touchpoint between the organization and homebuyers, the Team Lead will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience while upholding the brand's reputation for being customer-centric. This role also involves mentoring consultants, guiding them towards closures, and ensuring consistent delivery on sales targets.

Responsibilities

- Leading a team of consultants in a defined micro-market area

- Following up with all customers who've visited at least one project through your team and guiding them to closure

- Tracking daily targets and driving your team to align with core organizational processes

- Strengthening developer relationships through regular office meetings and project site visits

- Identifying key projects in the micro-market to steer marketing efforts and drive lead generation

- Joining every closure meeting and enabling customers to secure the best deals by supporting negotiations with the developer team





Requirements

- Solid verbal/written communication skills with a knack for clear data presentation

- Sharp analytical thinking paired with effective problem-solving abilities

- Postgraduate degree in management, specializing in Marketing or Finance

- Relevant sales experience in real estate, home loans, or insurance sectors

- Over 5 years of experience operating within a specific micro-market

- Proven track record in team leadership and management
