Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Lead Recruiter to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities across IT and Non-IT functions . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in corporate hiring, sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, candidate assessment, and recruitment operations.

The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for independently managing critical requirements, partnering with hiring managers, driving the recruitment team toward hiring targets, and ensuring timely closure of positions while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding requirements and sourcing to screening, interviewing, offer management, and joining.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, define hiring strategies, and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Lead recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles across various skill sets and functions.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, internal databases, and other relevant channels.
- Handle targeted/market-based hiring and talent mapping for critical and niche positions.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, cultural fit, and organizational requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a professional, high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Review and coordinate the collection of educational, employment, identity, and other required documents for background verification.




- Ensure complete and accurate documentation is submitted to the HR/BGV team within defined timelines.
- Maintain and monitor recruitment MIS, dashboards, hiring trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Track key recruitment metrics such as Time to Submit, Time to Hire, Submission-to-Interview, Interview-to-Selection, Offer-to-Joining, and overall hiring conversion ratios.
- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and proactively work with the Manager and stakeholders to develop effective solutions.
- Ensure recruitment SLAs and hiring targets are consistently achieved.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders to minimize offer dropouts and joining delays.
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, compensation trends, sourcing techniques, and emerging recruitment practices.
- Participate in daily recruitment reviews with the reporting manager and provide updates on hiring progress, challenges, and action plans.
- Take ownership of critical and high-priority positions and drive them toward closure within defined timelines.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 6–8 years in Corporate/IT Recruitment, preferably in a Lead Recruiter role.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and multiple-position hiring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Proficient in job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment tools.
- Good knowledge of recruitment MIS, hiring metrics, and analytics.
- Solid leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to guide junior recruiters and drive recruitment targets.
- Proactive, self-driven, detail-oriented, and accountable for hiring outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
