Core Responsibilities

- Task Delegation: Assign daily duties based on individual team member strengths and project timelines.
- Performance Monitoring: Track progress toward goals, manage daily workflows, and report updates to senior management.
- Training and Coaching: Provide mentorship, onboard new hires, and identify ongoing skill-building needs.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and solve problems or disagreements within the team to maintain positive morale.
- Communication Bridge: Act as the main link between upper management and staff, relaying clear instructions and feedback.
