1. 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience, preferably in a public accounting or client-service environment

2. Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO), Dext, Xennet (or similar review tool);

experience with Karbon is considered an asset

3. Robust understanding of GST/HST filings, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures

4. Experience reviewing bookkeeping files and identifying discrepancies or technical issues

5. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

6. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency

7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a remote work environment

8. Collaborative mindset with strong technical and client-service orientation
