Role Description This full-time on-site role, based in New Delhi, is for a Team Lead .NET professional responsible for leading a development team and delivering robust software solutions for insurance back-office operations.

The Team

Lead will oversee end-to-end software development using .NET technologies, including designing, coding, testing, and deploying applications aligned with business requirements. Daily responsibilities include assigning and reviewing tasks, mentoring team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards, and collaborating with business and operations stakeholders to refine technical solutions. The role also involves coordinating front-end and back-end development, managing timelines, troubleshooting issues,



and contributing to continuous improvement of system performance and reliability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Team Leadership skills, including task allocation, mentoring, performance monitoring, and collaboration.
- Candidates should possess solid Software Development expertise with a focus on .NET technologies and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Candidates should possess Front-End Development capabilities, including experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and integration with back-end services.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills to work closely with business, operations, and technical teams.
- Candidates should possess experience with relational databases, version control systems, and common development tools and frameworks.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with insurance domain processes or enterprise back-office systems; domain experience is an advantage.
