ob Description:
- Handle and lead a team of service engineers by allocating and monitoring their work.
- Address technical queries and support the team during escalations.
- Must have hands-on experience with at least one appliance category: TV, AC, Home Appliances, Small Appliances or Mobile products.
- Perform complex troubleshooting and repairs.
- Allocate service calls, monitor completion, and ensure quality service.
- Maintain accurate service reports and manage inventory records.
Required Skills:
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in appliance servicing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Robust troubleshooting, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for service calls when required.
