Summary

This role involves leading a dedicated stream within the Finance and Accounting department, driving operational excellence and financial integrity. The position is pivotal in overseeing critical accounting functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering accurate financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle with hands-on expertise.
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and oversee comprehensive bookkeeping activities.
- Perform regular and precise ledger reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Ensure strict adherence to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations.
- Facilitate internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and support.
- Generate Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and deliver high-quality financial analysis.




- Act as the primary representative for the finance stream in relevant forums and meetings.
- Leverage ERPNext proficiency to streamline financial workflows and data management.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Proven practical experience in managing the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
- Strong foundational knowledge of bookkeeping principles and ledger reconciliation.
- Demonstrated expertise in navigating TDS and GST compliance frameworks.
- Ability to provide effective support during audit engagements.
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing MIS reports and financial statements.
- Prior experience with ERPNext is highly advantageous.
- Robust communication skills for effective representation and stakeholder management.
