Job Summary:

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support the Homeroom Facilitator and Co-Teacher in maintaining a safe, inclusive, organised, and engaging learning environment and supporting students in their daily learning, personal care, and routines.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support the Homeroom Facilitator and Co-Teacher in classroom activities and daily operations.

· Assist individual students and small groups with learning activities and classroom tasks.

· Prepare and organise classroom resources, teaching aids, and learning materials.

· Support students with age-appropriate routines, personal care, and organisation.

· Assist children with washroom needs while ensuring proper hygiene, safety, and dignity.

· Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and active participation.

· Support students during arrival, dismissal, breaks, and daily routines.

· Help maintain a safe, clean, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment.

· Observe students and share relevant observations with the teacher.





· Support school events, field trips, and classroom activities.

· Follow all Safeguarding and Child Protection policies.

Desired Candidates Qualifications

· Higher Secondary (12th) / Diploma or equivalent qualification.

· 1–3 years of experience working with children in a school, preschool, kindergarten, or childcare environment.

· Good English communication skills.

· Prior experience working with children in a school, preschool, or childcare environment will be an added advantage.

· Caring, patient, responsible, and willing to learn.

· Ability to support children with personal care, hygiene, and daily routines.

· Interest in working in an IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) environment.

· Good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
